  • A Complete Estate Planning Package

I provide you with all the essential estate planning documents that every Texas resident should have. Your complete Estate Planning package will include the following:

    1

    Last Will & Testament

A will is a legal document that outlines your wishes and instructions regarding how your property and assets should be distributed after your death.

Ensuring your property is distributed according to your wishes: A will allows you to specify who should receive your assets after your death. Without a will, your property will be distributed according to state law, which may not align with your wishes. Your Will can help minimize disputes among family members after your death.

    2

    Durable Power of Attorney

A power of attorney is a legal document that allows you (the "principal") to give another person (the "agent" or "attorney-in-fact") the authority to act on your behalf.

    3

    Medical Power of Attorney

A medical power of attorney, also known as a healthcare power of attorney, is a legal document that allows you (the "principal") to appoint another person (the "agent" or "healthcare proxy") to make healthcare decisions on your behalf in the event that you are unable to do so yourself.

    4

    Directive to Physicians

    (Living Will)

A medical directive, also known as an advance directive or living will, is a legal document that allows you (the "principal") to provide instructions for your medical care in the event that you are unable to do so yourself.

    5

    Declaration of Guardian

A declaration of a guardian can provide for the protection and care of you if you are unable to make your own decisions. This document can help ensure physical, emotional, and financial needs are met and that your best interests are always taken into consideration. In this document you may list individuals who may not serve as your guardian.

    6

    Declaration of Guardian for Children

In the event of the incapacity or death of both parents, it may be necessary to appoint a guardian to provide care and support for the children. The guardian will be responsible for making decisions about the children's education, healthcare, and general welfare.

    7

Appointment of Agent to Control Disposition of Remains

An appointment of an agent in charge of remains, also known as a disposition of remains document, is a legal document that allows you to appoint an individual to make decisions regarding your remains after your death.

    8

    HIPAA Authorization

A HIPAA release form is used to authorize the disclosure of your protected health information (PHI) under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). HIPAA is a federal law in the United States that establishes national standards for protecting the privacy and security of individuals' PHI.

  • Fee

I charge a flat fee of $2,500 to $4,500 for a complete estate planning package tailored to the specific needs of you and your family. This includes absolutely everything from beginning to end.

There are no extra costs of any kind. Period.

    Legal Services

It's important to remember that the cost of an estate plan is an investment in your family's future, and the price should not be the only factor in your decision-making process. The most important consideration should be working with an experienced estate lawyer who can provide you with the guidance and expertise you need to ensure that your estate plan meets your specific needs and goals.
